Project Payment Plans

  • Building a home is an incredibly exciting process. Unfortunately, paying for the construction isn’t quite as satisfying. We however do our best to lay it out for you and make the process as smooth as possible.
 
  • Whether you want to make a full payment at the start or work in stages, we have suitable payment plans for all cases. All our projects are broken down into bite-sized phases to make them manageable for your specific situation.

  • We shall coordinate the entire process from start to finish so there are no unexpected hurdles or delays.

Payment Assurance

  • We have an optional system in place facilitated by the bank for payments to be placed in a secure holding account until the building works have been confirmed by both parties. This way, both Regime Projects and our Clients are protected.
 
  • Money will be released by the bank to Regime Projects as we meet the requirements of the contract with our clients.
 
  • Deposit payments with work to begin once the required account balance is reflected, thereby ensuring Regime Project of the availability of funds.
