VISIT
- Our first meeting. Whether a virtual or physical meeting, we shall get to know each other and answer any & all questions about your project. At this stage we will arrange to visit your plot and review all the details of your land including the needs for the plan.
- At Regime Projects, we’ll build on any land you choose. If you have a plot, great! If you don’t have land, no problem. Many of our
clients come to us without land. We’re here to help.
DESIGN
- You won’t believe how much more you can get for your money until you sit with us for a free, design & pricing meeting with no obligations. You’ll go through pictures, descriptions and itemized prices of everything in your home.
- After your free design & pricing meeting is complete, you shall have the perfect house plan, 100% transparent pricing, interior & exterior finishes and fixtures selected, and a clear understanding of the homebuilding process. No hidden costs or unwanted surprises.
- Locked-In Price
- Once we reach an agreement, the price is locked-in for up to 30 days. Giving you time to plan your financing.
FINALIZE
- With your completed design and quote, you shall review and finalize the paperwork. Building permits, Financing plans, and project timelines shall all be completed.
- A selections meeting shall also be arranged, you will choose every finish, from colours to flooring to countertops to cabinets, all within the budget for your new home.
BUILD
- Once plans are finalized, sit back and relax while the builders get to work on construction. Your project manager will keep you informed every step of the way, letting you know when each milestone has been met, as well as timeline updates. It’s one of the most exciting phases of the entire process!
- With your own online portal frequently updated so you can view the site progress and all documentation, follow the exciting build process.
- You can feel confident your house is in good hands with us.
ENJOY
- A result of all the hard work. Receive an orientation from your Project Manager and take the keys to your new home.
- Whether it’s your first home or one of many, you’ll be glad to know with Regime Projects, maintenance support is part of our service. Free of charge for a full year, we shall maintain your home in and out.
